Isnt 8 hours of sleep necessary for every human being, they say?
Sleep has become an elusive commodity for me now-a-days.
I have been sleeping only for 4.5 hours for the past one week or so. I go to sleep around 2 and wake up around 6.30 AM
I always used to wonder how the students in the B-Schools manage with an average of 3 hours sleep. Now, I can get an idea how they do it.
Its not bad, you know. The first day, I was feeling horrible. I felt like barking at every person around me. But even that feeling dissipated by early afternnoon and I was feeling perfectly fine.
From the third day onwards, it became a routine for me.
I never imagined that I could exist without 7 hours sleep every night. But I realise that 7 hours is way to much sleep for a person. 5 to 6 hours sleep is more than enough. Its amazing how much work can be done in the time we all spend sleeping and talking(I'm not saying anything about the latter now. I'm planning to write a full complete blog about that).

IMO, 6 hours is more than enough! Initially, I felt a bit drowsy with the routine, but got used to it later... the only thing that serves to irritate me is.. people asking me about my dark circles. ;)
